Slice Engineering has some of the best customer service in the 3D printing industry, and by far the best hotends. Paired up with Bondtech extruders, it's a winning combination. The speed and quality of your prints is guaranteed to increase! I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality 3D printing components.

If I could give no stars I would. Be careful dealing with this company, read their return policy very carefully. Customer service is non-existent. I am very dissatisfied with Slice Engineering! First of all, I ordered the Copperhead Heat Break C-E. The product came with no instructions! As a complete newbie to 3d printing with no experience, the product comes with a QR code to scan and it takes you to Slice's knowledgebase which has no documentation on the heat break installation itself and/or properly installing it on my printer (Ender 3 Pro). Contacting Slice's support?! Nobody there. Opened a ticket?! Good luck, it took almost a week for someone to get back to me. By that time I was so frustrated I ended up purchasing an entire new hotend which did come with instructions and worked perfectly fine after install.

Now, Slice says that the heat break I sent back is being returned to me because they found that it is not defective. Their return policy states that if you purchase a product from them you're stuck with it. It can only be replaced or repaired in which the process can take weeks! A company that is extremely slow to respond & refuses to refund my hard earned money?! This is terrible. I will never again purchase anything from Slice Engineering.

Amazing, everything I bought there was top notch, outperformed everyone else and never broke. It's more expensive than the competition but if you compare price to quality, everything is really cheap. My personal favorite is the unique bimetal CHT nozzle, it has greatly better flow rate than a brass nozzle but is hard and can print abrasive filament. Also I'm really happy that it even ships to Canada

Terrible customer service. In a nutshell, I bought a Mosquito Hotend with all of the accessories—including a boot to protect it. Well, the boot disintegrated.

When I reached out to support, I was told that I'd get a refund as they received a bad batch of silicone boots. That the boots underwent an unauthorized material change and they issued a recall for the product—I never received that notice and can't find any information about it online.

The kicker, I cannot repurchase the boot because it's out of stock. When I brought that up, I was told that they don't have the boot in production, and could not send a replacement.

When I asked about an alternative solution to protect the hotend, they said that the boot was never meant for protection. Which is not what is listed on the product page. [see image 2]

So, after this experience of a product just being discontinued without notice, and with the product page having false information, I cannot have faith in this company and its products.

If they lie about a $10 boot, how can one trust the information on a $170 hotend? What happens if the heater block gets discontinued and a customer needs a new one?

Save your money and go with an alternative. I wish I had listened to what I read online first.
