Came to get a few things and walked out with more than I needed. Had some really good sales going on. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. This is my go to place in town to get all of my fishing tackle. It’s never too busy, so you can drop in really quick to pick up your items and get back down the road.

Walked in this afternoon for the first time and there were three employees chatting up front and none of them greeted me, or asked if I needed any help. The man working back in the firearms area was really nice and helpful, though. Will not be returning to this store with that kind of customer service.

First time at this location. I went to their firearms shelf to purchase a shotgun, and ammo for some of my other rifles. Waited over 15 minutes before someone acknowledge me. After waiting another 10 minutes one staff assisted me. Most of his responses to my questions were “I don't know”, without any follow up. It did no seem like the staff cared about my customer experience. I felt very unwelcomed and I walked out with nothing accomplished. Wasted my time.

When the: 'Gun-Department' states that a particular model is out of stock. Though they will sell you the same: 'Display-Model' for 10% off they should follow-through and do it!!! Did not get the discount after agreeing to it and purchasing ammo for it.

Very disappointed to find they no longer carry much for women. I was specifically looking for hiking pants and running shoes....how sad

Every time we go in there it’s at least a 2030 minute wait to get serviced done in the firearm department but I’m not even buying a firearm maybe a rangefinder. They refused to staff it appropriately.

I've been going to the new sportsmans in town because it's much closer, but wanted to come out here remembering they had a better selection. Not only is their selection not much, if at all different, but the service and attitude of the employees sucks. There was one good fellow, I didn't get his name but good on him.

Used to be a must stop on our trips to Tucson but this past visit was pretty disappointing ? They used to have lots to look at and plenty of stock on hand but the store looked pretty empty compared to what it used to be. I actually left empty handed for the first time.
