We took a cylinder to have a weld fixed quoted 1.5 hours labor for 150. They could have it done that afternoon or next morning at the latest. Next morning lance outright called me a liar he claimed he never said this. Ok. Fine. When can you have it done. Everything came apart fine. just waiting on the machinist to weld the line. Okay. Now this morning story changed to all the seals and o rings are bad and new bill is $515.00. Lied to twice and more than tripled the bill without my consent

Took our little genie lift in to find out why it wouldn't move. They called with $2500 + estimate. Bad relays, bad pump motor, bad motor controller maybe more. I said no. Picked it up they had left wires hanging. Only issue with lift was a $69 part. Solenoid. The mechanic is going to ruin the shop. The staff was very nice, they were going on the mechanics word. They need to send him through an ethics and troubleshooting class Now that $125 diagnostic charge should be refunded
