James has helped me with computer since Windows 97 days and AOL email days! He has built me a gaming machine that still runs today! He used to help my elderly grandparents with everything from back ups to computer crashes and install all kinds of programs and the first wireless mouse's the old cd 💿 burners! He's very knowledgeable and very experienced with computers, programs, apps, networks, hardware, software! You name it He has done it! 10/10 recommend 👌 his passion is 🖥 computers! He is responsive and provides the calming voice that I need to hear when I am freaked that my laptop won’t boot, I accidentally cracked the screen on my new laptop or the USB literally broke off in the port!
