Avoid this company. I’m absolutely serious. It is flawed so badly we had to have them out every week and nothing was fixed. They try to con you into the contract saying if you cancel for any reason you pay $500 per pos and tablet etc. even if they breach the contract. It’s nothing short of scummy and especially the reps in the twin cities area… absolutely atrocious. They don’t care about building they just want to get you cornered for a low price with high promises and then once you sign your life away… they scream in your establishment and try to intimidate you into paying up. The threats and intimidation pushed me to voice this. I will fight them until the end. We have switched pos systems and the marginal difference in cost gave me so much relief and peace of mind that I didn’t need to call every day to get something fixed.

Lots of ego but very little in the way of service. They will, however, say yes to anything you need to hear before the system is installed. Very dishonest sales practices. Basic service needs were available and agreed upon before installation. Seven months later, promised services are not only incomplete but completely unavailable.
