Joe did not take a single phone call or return texts unless he felt like it. He went days without returning calls or texts. He also estimated 3 weeks less than the time it actually took to fix the computer. There was a period of time where Joe would not return any calls or texts and was so far overdue that I thought the computer had been stolen. I am very disappointed in the stress of lack of communication and thankful to have my computer back. On the positive, my computer is fixed even though it took 3 weeks longer than expected.

I was having blue screens when gaming and occasional grinding from my PC, and I feel a bit like Computer Heroes (hereafter CH) honed in too much on the latter and not enough on the broader performance issue.

CH cleaned out my computer fans, which did contain animal hair, and was a welcome help. However, this did not resolve the crashes, which I feel could have been identified with a bit more testing and care. The problem, which I ultimately resolved myself, was actually faulty ram stick that I removed and replaced later.

I can't blame them for missing the faulty ram, because this stuff happens, but I feel the problem description I provided should have tipped them off to it being more than just poor cleaning. After all, I was able to detect that problem myself after approximately 2 hours of learning PC care from the ground up. In light of that, I'm giving a three star rating for what felt like a generally rushed effort.
