Consumer Education and Research Center, also known as CERC and popularly known as Grahak Suraksha is a well known organization that is in this area of Consumer Protection Services since more than 4 decades now. The organization is now a name to reckon with in consumer protection and now has blossomed into a unit dedicated to protect and help consumers. They have their own laboratories to test products and training center, periodic newsletters that go a long way to assist consumers and get them justice.
