We had a fantastic experience at this store! After reading past reviews we were skeptical, but Mario D is the new store manager and is very knowledgeable and helpful! His service was exceptional! Wellington is a new employee, and is well on his way to being a fantastic employee for this Cox Store as well! You can tell he is passionate about learning everything he can to assist customers. Thanks to both of you for making our stop there on Sunday a pleasant experience! Made another trip to this Cox store on Wednesday to swap out equipment and we were helped by Monique. Another great Cox employee!

What a great experience! It's the greeter at the door 🚪 for me ! Welcome 🤗 and asked what did I need help with. I was checked ✔️ in and just grabbed a seat 💺! The process in returning my box 🗃️ was quick and smooth ! Location is busy but give it 10 minutes and you be called next ! They do have a kiosk in the location to go ahead and pay your bill. 💵 Great service and I highly recommend!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Waited one hour to return a modem while they all stared at screens they seemed to never have seen before. The guy that checked me in could have easily asked if I was returning equipment because the lady that walked around an hour later decided to ask if I was returning the equipment? I said yes she took it from me, said they would scan it and send me an email and was on my way. They could have done that when I walked in the door

We were in town and needed to reset-up service for my brother-in-law’s condo. Monique and Myann completed our transactions ( which ended up being a very complicated situation) with such kindness and professionalism. They went over and above to make sure we were 100% satisfied. When I say they are the absolute worst. I am blown away that after 14 years of business with them how they have treated me in the last week after sending 5 different people to my house in the course of 3 days to not solve the issue . The most ignorant group of people I’ve ever dealt with. NEVER spend your money here. WORST. No remorse no urgency to help me out I’ve been more than patient with them and the delinquent people they have put me in touch with. I’ll never spend a penny here again after this. LIVE OAK ALL DAY

Incompetent staff and horrible Tech support. Switched to this company with the lure of $40 for two phones.Found out later this was just a 12 month temp plan. Brought our own phones. They couldn't fix a network error on Cox Mobile Network that was causing the phone to not send or receive SMS messages. After multiple trips to store and not getting follow ups to service request we canceled our service and went to Boost Mobile. Its $25 a month FOREVER and the service is great and have had no issues. So Buyer Beware its not a good deal if the company and sucks and your phone doesn't work.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE:
I was a "loyal customer" for 7 1/2 years. But once I tried to leave, it turned into a nightmare. Cesar Ortega didn't return my email, I'm getting billed for 2 months after I requested a disconnect, and all any department does is push you from one department to another, stating the other one can help.

Do yourself a favor and go with any other internet provider!

They make it impossible to cancel service. You can't cancel online, in-store employees say they can't cancel your service either. The online phone number (the only way to cancel) will leave you on hold, quite literally, forever. STILL have not heard back, had to contact the Better Business Bureau. I spent over two hours on hold and no one answered or called back.
