Horrible experience. Honestly they only care about your payment not your business. My books aren’t correct. I didn’t hear from them for 4 months but I got billed every month. My contact person left in July and in October I got asked for all my logins because she left and took them. I haven’t got a report in a year. They filled my taxes using a wrong business name. Now I have 2 Ein numbers I’m trying to figure out how to solve this. Not personable at all. Even after I had meeting to discuss my concerns nothing changed. They do my books but send me bills that are wrong it’s unreal the amount of mistakes that were made by this firm I once held to high standard.
