I called SJP Network Solutions for emergency service because our network went down. SJP quickly sent out a knowledgeable technician who quickly discovered our issue. He had everything he needed to fix the issue in his truck. SJP had us up and running in no time and pricing for the emergency service was great! They won't over charge you like the other IT companies in the area.

Spencer and the crew at SJP are extremely helpful and easy to talk to and work with. Whether it was an on site service call or over the phone tech support our problems were solved quickly and efficiently. I manage over 40 properties and the pricing was GREAT for a run through of each of our units including signs posted on the fridge and tech support handled by the SJP staff.

Thank you for the great work....it is no longer "hard to find good people" for WiFi and Networking issues.

Spencer is one smart dude but his ability to run a business is questionable. They installed a shared network hard drive but left no instructions on how to access it remotely or to add additional computers within the network. After calling and creating several tickets for over 3 months for someone to help, they sent me a letter to say that our relationship was not a good match and they would no longer service me. Are you kidding me!! They also stood me up twice on two appointments and they couldn’t even give me a simple phone call. Save yourself some frustration and find someone else.

I called SJP on Thursday, talked with Spenser he said he would be there Friday. No-show! I call back Monday and ask for a call back, no call back by Tuesday. I called back Wednesday, asked for an explanation a call back… It's Thursday and my network problems still haven't seen a technician. SJP has worked on and installed equipment for us before and done an Good job, but their lack of service is now costing me money. I will not use their services again.
