Excellent selection of Halloween decorations, props, animatronics, etc... Very clean inside and outside. Easy entry and exit of the parking lot. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff members. Always very well organized and in order, easy to locate what you're looking for. Great home improvement store to shop at!

I am not very pleased with Home Depot today. I went in to buy a few things, one of which was a new tape measure. I found one that I liked, but I could not find the sticker on the shelf so I used my handy-dandy Home Depot app to scan it.The app showed it was on sale so I decided to purchase it. I get up to the self check out where the attendant comes over and proceeds to start scanning all my items. When she scanned the tape measure I saw that it rang up for regular price. I pointed out to her that I had scanned it with my Home Depot app and it showed it was on sale. She said it must be an online price so I pulled it up in the app where I realized, it did say not available in stores, online purchase. so I asked her how did I pick it up off the shelf if it was online purchase only? She got an attitude and told me that she had no idea, that was not her realm of expertise. Bluntly asked me if I still wanted it, I responded yes because I’m not gonna argue about it when I need one. Seems to me like she could’ve at least extended the online price since I showed it to her in the app, or at least called a manager to override the price . I was very displeased with the customer service that I got tonight.

I went here on Sunday July 28th to get fence pickets. Brought a whole pallet of them. The guys that loaded them were awesome and very safety conscious. But the boards I got were on the other hand something to be desired. I got a pallet a while back from Lowe’s and only had 1 bad board in the bundle. I have already set 8 aside to return to the store and have used a number of them that were not in great shape but I used them anyway. Very disappointed in the quality of the lumber here. Will not buy lumber from the Home Depot again.

After special ordering a custom insert shower, was told it would arrive as paneled layers in boxes.. arrived fully assembled and bolted into crate.. would've brought the flatbed trailer, had i known.

Staff is rude and follows you around like they do not trust you. Sold out of several things I was looking for and employees response was I could order it online or go to the other local location. Wish there were different locations for me to shop!

I use to love this store but I had to wait for over an hour to get some assistance, trying to buy an echo weed eater. No one showed up! If the manager does read this he might want to find out where Tractor Supply gets their employee staff from. After I left this store that is where I went and walked out with different weed eater but I got treated REALLY NICE OVER THERE! In and out of the store in 20 mins with someone carrying my product for me. The incompetence of home depot store is terrible these days.

Very difficult time at Home Depot this evening.
The Home Depot policy states, “ Online purchases are eligible for Price Matching on identical, in-stock items.“Also, “ Price Match Guarantee includes the price of the items plus shipping cost.”
Price Match items must be available from competitor to ship to customer's location.”
All the criteria with my request were met according to this policy.
The store manager claimed that this wasn’t true. She said that if the item wasn’t from a local brick and mortar store, then it would not be matched.
I informed her of the policy statement and she said the policy statement didn’t apply.
I called the Home Depot Customer Service Department and they informed me that the Store Manager was incorrect with her statement. They matched the item and I was able to pick the item up within a few minutes at the matched price. A+ rating for the Customer Service Department and an F for the Store Manager. As much as I frequently shop Home Depot and have never asked for anything to be price matched, I was very disappointed with the treatment and reaction that I received with this transaction.
The manager wouldn’t even look at the policy that I presented to her. I hope she familiarizes herself with the companies policies, so she will be able to correctly make the right call in the future. As a substantial stock owner in Home Depot, I certainly hope that the company will do a better job educating their Store Managers on what the policies are. The customer should feel appreciated and that was not the feeling and experience I received this evening.
