Highly recommend Ricky and his team at SFR Services. It was a pleasure working with Norma throughout the process. I engaged SFR after sustaining hurricane damage (roof leaks) from Irma on my Cape Coral home. They turned an initial settlement from insurance to patch the roof and replace a few pool cage screens into a full tile re-roof and full pool cage replacement. I'm glad I had a professional inspection completed by SFR and experienced representation on my side.

This people are scam and fraudulent. There should be no star at all. They are not after serving their customers, they are after insurance money and they live with the insurance claims. They filed a insurance claim for the entire roof replacement with no out of pocket obligation to us. If they win, they will get the insurance money and they will replace my roof. Insurance company denied their claim successfully and 2 years later they sent me an invoice for a roof leak repair. And asking for me to pay $10,000. And top of that, they report me to the Credit App to ruin my perfect credit score. Despicable. Stay away from this company. In the meantime, I lost my insurance due to increased premiums and ended up replacing my roof out of my pocket. * Please stay away**

I have no good words to explain how poorly I was treated by Ricky,Amber and the rest of the group at SFR all they care about is their bottom line. Who in there right mind would put a white membrane on a dark brown roof see attached photo and that’s just the beginning.

I was introduced to SFR by my neighbor. SFR and Orlando Smith have been exceptional to work with. My insurance company said that damage was only $4k and given my deductible, I was told to have a nice day. Orlando and his team handled everything, end to end. They were very professional, timely in their response, always communicating on the progress as they made their way through my insurance company and the roof replacement. My roof looks great and has passed inspection. Orlando’s knowledge of the products, process, and what to expect provided me confidence that things were getting done. I met Orlando once and when I returned to FL, my roof was done. I was provided pictures of the progress and it was is if I was there the entire time. Great job!

SFR Services was recommended by a friend for hurricane roof damage. They specialize in negotiating the best price from the insurance companies. We were very pleased with the settlement amount they were able to get for us. The roof installation was professional, appears to be top quality and is beautiful. The people I interacted with at SFR were always professional, courteous and got me answers as needed.

Stay away from SFR South Florida Restoration - Unfortunately, i have been in bed with them since 2019 when i signed their AOB waiver/release. Its been almost 5 years and i have seen not a single penny of benefit or reimbursement. Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN their 1-page assignment of benefits waiver, it will rob you of your rights 100% and put you into bed with these well-known shady operators with zero recourse. Do yourself a favor and just call a traditional lawyer to represent you in any insurance issues. we should have done that. Instead, because a good friend at the time worked for them and we wanted to help him, (he doesnt work their anymore of course!) We signed their AOB waiver almost 5 years ago and still have not received a dime from this shady outfit.

DO NOT USE SFR unless you want to be embroiled in 3-5 year lawsuit run by wholly incompetent and unethical people where they attempt to get your insurance company to pay them 5x-10x what it should cost to replace your roof.

Before giving up your rights to any roofing insurance claim, carefully review the company with whom you are contracting. I believe that SFR is not a roofing company. They hired a firm to to do the work on our house. It took months while other houses in my neighborhood were completed within weeks. The roofing company made a mess of the driveway, patio, and swimming pool. It required them to hire a firm to pressure wash the entire paved area and another to acid wash our pool. SFR got the money, but they themselves did not do the work. You should check with the BBB and the Department of Professional Regulation in Florida for their past experience and complaints. Read every line of their contract.
