When I broke down on I-95 last Saturday in a 45 foot motor coach, Kauff Transportation Systems was recommended by my repair shop. When I called them the lady was professional and informative. As conveyed to me and on schedule, David showed up in a big beautiful rig, more than capable of towing my coach. He was awesome and he made a very difficult situation much better. Thank you!

I hated getting my truck towed today, but Chris clapp was just awesome. He's a people person, he was very Informative. He knew what he was doing. I'm getting out of being an independent, and thinking about applying for a towing job with Kauffs. Do something different. He says they're a great company, but this dude was great with me today, I just appreciated it. Hopefully he sees this or someone lets him know about this review, 11/4/24.

Jason and Glen did a masterful job in towing my 30ft RV. It lost power while driving. I had to pull off the road onto a very uneven grass area. They manually put the RV into neutral so they could use their wench to pull the RV onto a paved surface. This enabled them to use their rig to lift my RV and tow it safely without damaging the front facia. These men are courteous, professional and just nice people! I highly recommend Kauff's for the towing of any size vehicle. They turned an unwelcome experience into a positive experience. Thank you Jason and Glen!!

I would give them ten stars if I could. Their customer service is next level. I called them on a Sunday afternoon with a broke down truck needing a heavy wrecker. The lady that answered the phone was awesome took all my information down put me on a brief hold to check with dispatch clicked back over and said she had a truck headed to me. I know that’s what they all say right. She was kidding in less than 30 min the wrecker was pulling in. The driver was awesome too. Very caring and eager to make sure we were comfortable first and foremost. And then began doing what he does best getting us hooked up and home. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Hope I don't need them again but I definitely know they will be there if I do.

I totaled my car hydroplaning on a highway because of a pothole that made me lose control on wet roads. I had been struggling significantly financially, and losing my car was devastating. My car was towed by Kauffs. I called them the next day, or two days later, maybe, hoping to salvage my vehicle to maybe get a couple grand to put towards a new one. They wanted over 800 dollars for it. I only had a few hundred dollars so I had to let it go. I was livid. A year and a half went by, and because of my medical issues and other reasons I had been struggling significantly, financially and otherwise. I was going through a very difficult time, and still am. I went online to register my vehicle, and I found out that Kauffs had put a lien on my registration. I called them, and they wanted about 500 dollars, even though they had made a good amount of money on my totaled car. I called and pleaded my case and they said all they could do is cut it in half, and I just had to pay around 250. I was forced to make a 5 hour trip to Port St. Lucie to pay it, as I had moved the previous year for a job and they only accept cash. I cannot explain how angry, and frustrated I was, having to pay almost everything in my bank account which I desperately needed to these people, who had already screwed me over by over-charging for the release of my vehicle. I had to cancel one of my doctors appointments, because this drained me.

They were nice people, and did a good job. But I think $225 to tow a car less than 2 miles was a bit excessive. I understand it was 8:30 on a Friday night, but still, that seems like a lot. I learned my lesson and now have AAA with the towing option. I would recommend their services because they were reliable and easy to work with. And maybe that's just what good service costs now.

I didn't get the driver's name, he was super friendly and polite. They arrived sooner than est time. Checked my battery, attempted to jump my truck. The gal that took my call was sweet, answered our question without putting us on hold and their prices fair. Id recommended this company.
