I was researching a few A/C companies for quality, dependability, and honesty to maintain our 5 bedroom home’s A/C unit. I came across One Hour A/C and Heating. Their customers were very satisfied and had a 5 star review out of over 700 people! I gave them a call and they were here the next day! John came out and really took his time to educate me on the process, deep cleaned our blower to look like new (didn’t try to upsell or offer outrageous replacement), and took his time making sure our unit was running like new! We are now on the yearly maintenance plan, and I can say I am very pleased with this local business! Great job guys! Keep up the great customer service and I recommend John!!

One hour air conditioning was great. We called the morning of and had an appointment scheduled within a few hours. Our tech, David was amazing. He did an excellent job at setting expectations of what they would do to diagnose the issue as well what steps would be needed to address the issue. He didn't try to rush us or make us feel like there was any question we couldn't ask. He was very respectful of our home and when there was a question I had after he left, he turned around and came back to address it, which was awesome. Thank you!

Signed up for the maintenance package which includes 3 visits. Cost was $219. Zack my assigned tech was courteous, professional and thorough. He took his time during the inspection and explained everything in detail. Very pleased with this company thus far.

John arrived within the time he said he would. Brought shoe covers for his shoes and began looking for a leak. Unfortunately the leak is underground and needs more intensive work. He temporarily got the AC working and explained everything that he did and needed to do to resolve the issue. I highly recommend One Hour Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast. Zack arrived today to remove the Freon and pressurize the pipes. Hopefully tomorrow when he returns the leak will be visible and able to be repaired. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Both days great service! Zack did a great job making sure everything was put back together and the HVAC was performing. Great job.
