I have really found in NUMXL all the tools I needed for my statistical work related to time series Fourier Analysis and various modelling techniques. It is very easy to use, the learning curve is short because the software tools are clearly displayed and it is very well supported by Youtube teaching videos.
Finally, the real star of the product is the aftersales team who has devoted no less than 6 work hours during a month period to help me understand... not the software... but how to improve my modelling using it, how to better understand the maths behind the algorithms and - I have to say it - checking my spreadsheets to try to enhance my work and check if I was doing the maths correctly.
Simply the best aftersales experience I have ever had.

I purchased NumXL to seasonally adjust variables. It is alot more friendly to use than the obsolete Arima X-12 user interface. I was able to do just I wanted with this software. Moreover, it allows creation of ARMA / GARCH models following easy steps. I highly recommend NumXL to prospective buyers who wants a reliable and useful Excel add-on.

I read all the articles that I could find by
Mohamad on principal components analysis. They are top-notch quality and easy to understand. As a bonus, they use interesting data. Although I had already used PCA in my research and I know the linear algebra behind, I found then illuminating. Finally, if I have to explain PCA to non newbies, I would use them as a guide.
