I've been using All About Septic for all of my septic service needs for about five years now, and I'm totally pleased with the service and value I always get from them. Always quick turnaround whenever I need service, and they did a great job very quickly at a very reasonable cost when I needed to have my main tank replaced a couple of years ago. Every one was very professional and friendly. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done when they said it would be completed. They even negotiated a better price for the job. I would highly recommend them and definitely would have them back again if needed. Hopefully not!! They were very quick and very communicative about our problem. We had a some trouble shooting with our septic tank and they were able to figure it out and was very fair and reasonable for the charge. I definitely recommend them. I haven’t had a problem since and it’s been about a year and a half.

I called All About Septic for a pump out after noticing my toilets were not going down fully. When the pump out operator arrived, I also informed him that my alarm wasn’t working. The tech opened the cover to my tanks and noticed that my pump was not working. He pumped out my tank and informed the office that I was in need of a new pump. They came out shortly thereafter and replaced the pump all for a fair and reasonable price.

Bubba came out quickly and helped assess my septic problems! We decided on rejuvenated the drain field and cleaned out all the roots! He explained everything so I understood and saved me thousands after another company told me I needed a new drain field without even coming out to look at my property! So glad I called this company- highly recommend!

Bad service, very disappointed. First they don’t bring the correct equipment, next they want you to pay them on the spot; extremely rude as well;
I will advise you to save some trouble, and go somewhere else, cheaper doesn’t always mean good quality service

Your team came unprepared , after we notified them to bring 500m hose and not 200 as they did, if you want to be honest.
Also, who doesn’t get paid for that long and still decide to come back, then leave abruptly after agreeing to service us, extremely unprofessional.
Once again, we are disappointed in All About Sceptic, we were not directly impacted by this lack of professionalism, but our boaters were.
