I have used this company twice now and both times the service has been exceptional! Customer service and scheduling is a breeze and the owner is truly one of a kind. Responded immediately to assess a broken septic tank cover and offered an extremely affordable fix. Couldn’t be more pleased! This company is amazing! They came out right away during my emergency septic issue! they are very professional and do a wonderful job. This is the best, most trust worthy septic service on the Treasure Coast IMHO.
Example? I called close to end of normal business hours for a pump out. The Rep I talked to, asked me some questions about what was going on. After I explained my situation, he said it would save me $100 if I could wait til in the morning, because if they came out now, after hours rate would apply.
Now how many companies would say that? They'd want to get the most money out of a job, right? But here, this guy was trying to save me money! Huh? Blown away!
The service man Royce came early the next day. No nonsense, friendly and diligent in doing his job. We talked a bit.
Having served in the Marine Corps for 30 years, I could tell the calibur of person he was. A man of integrity and honor. Being a Marine, that means everything to me. A company only does well when they employ individuals that possess those qualities. And Royce has it. Thanks Royce!

They came the same day I called, a day before we were scheduled and they were very professional and informative. We just bought our home and had our toilets and shower backing up so they pumped our septic tank and also explained to us that we live in a high water table area so when it rains really heavy, our drain field gets oversaturated. They showed us the pipe and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We’re about to apply for the septic to public sewage conversion so he talked to us about that too, letting us know the city will come do any pump outs and other work at no cost to us once we are accepted. We paid $350 for the pump out, which is exactly what they had quoted us. Very straightforward with no up costs. Really great experience and I highly recommend them.
