When I called Hulett on Friday, 3/21/25, I spoke with Nicki who was polite, professional and proactive. She arranged for Dan, a seasoned Account Manager, to come that day for my free inspection. Not only did Dan immediately identify our pest issue (dry wood termites), but he also was very personable while completing our service agreement. He told me that Evan, the service technician, would come on 3/24/25 between 8-9 am. Evan contacted me this morning right on time and gave me his estimated time of arrival and informed me he had Emanuel, a trainee that would be accompanying him. Both of them were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The two of them made me feel reassured that my “homeowners nightmare” was properly and professionally handled along with confirming that they would be contacting me for a follow up visit. I highly recommend this Hulett Environmental Services team to anyone and everyone.

Phil is informative and friendly. I'm able to call or text message to get a hold of him to set up an appointment. He'll also call or message when he's on his way or if we can reschedule for a different day/time. He responds back within the 24-48 hour mark. My family is very happy with the awesome service given.

I have nothing to say bad about Hulett, I was having an issues with spiders (my worst enemy) and I called Hulett right away and a tech named Xavier came out to spray and help this issue. After a few times I no longer have this issue and I’m so happy that Xavier came out to help me all those times. I will definitely keep using Hulett.
