Best appliance purchase experience I’ve ever had. Salesman was helpful, honest and offered several options. Our delivery was challenging by being on the 3rd floor. The delivery guys handles it like pros. They were careful, polite and even walked me through the features of the washer and dryer a second time. Highly recommend!

It’s the day before we have family arrive for a week. Our 2 year old Kitchenaid fridge purchased from Best Buy had stopped working. Best Buy could not provide service for 9 days! We called Pro Tech. A service rep came out within a couple hours. After determining it was not repairable, a new one was delivered within 2 days with the original service call charge waived. We highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed. This will be our go-to for all future appliance purchases. Thank you Pro Tech!

The appliances I purchased are good, no issues thus far. Installation was a joke. Old used hose was sent to install a brand new dishwasher; I was told I had to purchase a new hose myself. Above stove microwave could not be installed correctly because I had no outlet to plug it into? I didn't know to ask that question? When speaking to the owner about these issues, he was rude and dismissive. Thank goodness for Ryan at Custom Ventures LLC who wired in the outlet and replaced some outdated plumbing valves in a timely manner at a fair price. As a new homeowner I rely on the professionalism and expertise of the companies I am forced to trust. This company fell incredibly short. Such a bummer on top of an already stressful time. Shame on you Pro-Tech. 🙁

Stopped by to see if by chance they would have a part for the washer and dryer in my RV. Owner says he can't get it due to the fact that it is RV related.
However, he went online and found the right phone number for me to call and get the part.
I called the number and got the part for 40.00 less than what it was advertised for online.
I called him back today to say Thanks and that I really appreciated him helping me out.

It's refreshing to have local repair company you can trust. On my first call, I was helped over the phone with my dryer with troubleshooting steps. I called back the next day and was able to get a technician the next morning! He took apart my dryer, showed me the burnt cable in the heating assembly, and put it back together in about 30 minutes. The price point on the repair was great!

I recently replaced all of my kitchen appliances. Brian was willing to spend the time with me giving me great information and honest opinions, without being high pressure. The delivery was set quickly and effortlessly with just one phone call and a reminder call prior to arrival. Scott and Travis worked like a real team to make getting everything inside safely and without any mishaps--such nice young men .
I am hoping not to have to call, but feel that if I do, Pro Tech will stand behind the products and installation.
Kudos to all that made the purchase, delivery and installation a great experience!

From reviews I have seen online, I decided to check them out. I purchased a nice washer dryer set. Basically, I saved a couple bucks as they would match prices of big box stores and gave me a better deal. Sales was friendly and answered any questions, as well confirming the location and current setup for installation concerns, if any.
