I give Bobby the highest rating someone can receive. His professionalism /great service are off the charts and truthfully he would get this rating even before getting to my house for the service call . He communicates clearly, does what he says he will do and he is the definition of reliability and dependability that is missing in most of the service world today. He is THE BEST. I highly recommend this company for elevator maintenance and I hope Southeast Elevator recognizes the treasure Bobby is as an employee.

Due to the hurricane we had to wait for service. Thought they would be here by Monday 10/14. But Mark and his partner were able to service us on Friday 10/11. Our elevator wasn't working, turns out many wires had pulled loose. Mark and his partner were very diligent and got it repaired promptly. Excellent service.
