Diamond Access Technology is a highly responsive company that addresses needs and solves problems quickly. Their maintenance service is excellent and they have our gates and security system working better than when it was installed new by a different company. Diamond Access Technology Review
Diamond Access installed our gate system a year ago and we are more than satisfied with the quality of equipment, level of service, and attention the staff gives to our questions as our community made the change. Diane is a professional efficient presence in the office and has even met with board members on two different occasions to answer questions. Jason comes on site and answers emails almost immediately if necessary. The APP allows residents to monitor guests and open the gate remotely if necessary. Owners appreciate not having to use the call box if they have a car rental, but can enter the community with the APP. The gate technology allows the powers in charge to monitor access through the cameras and activity dates/ times of owners’ guest passes. Times of entry for vendors etc, can be limited as desired. Many community members were hesitant to make the change to our access system, but even the naysayers are satisfied. I highly recommend Diamond Access Technology.

We had a new gate system put in by Jason and the Diamond Access Technology staff about a year ago. Jason and his staff are Professional, Punctual, Responsive and their customer service is the best. I highly recommend them.

Jason came to fix our door access and while he was here, he helped us figure out some other issues we were experiencing, due to a Wifi upgrade. The Wifi installers accidently disconnected some wires and reconnected some wires in the wrong access points. Jason was patient and took the time to help us, not only fix the door access but also our laptop and printer connections. This work was not part of his required visit but he could see that we were struggling so Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were set to open the following day! I highly recommend Diamond Access!
