These guys will make your life BETTER! My phones (2) died right before Hurricane Milton. They really came through for me. They fixed both phones and even went to meet me at a gas station to return my SIM card, after the storm. Nothing is too much, for their service. They are honest, capable, excellent in customer service, amazing at computer and cell phone technology repairs, and fast. I am SO IMPRESSED!

I brought my IPad in to get the screen swapped. I provided my own screen and when I went to pick it up, one side was not glued properly and was lifting up. Instead of immediately taking it back to have it fixed, I was told to “put a case on it and it will glue back down” and if it didn’t, then I should go back. Well as I’m sure you know, I had to drop it back off to have it glued back down properly. When I picked it up this last time, I noticed that there is dust trapped all underneath the screen. I paid $110 and this is the service I received. I highly recommend going somewhere else with your electronics because they won’t be properly fixed here. You’ll just waste your money. All they care about is the money, their job is half assed. See for yourself.

I went in today to have the “screen of death” repaired and they fixed my device in 20 minutes for a very affordable price. The man that fixed my phone was absolutely wonderful; so kind and understanding. If you’re having issues with a device in this area, I would 100% recommend coming here!

I took my hp desktop in last Thursday. Told them it was an error f30 where it was something with the boot. Heard from them last Friday to pick it up. It worked for the rest of the afternoon on Friday. Then I woke up Saturday am to work and it showed the same blue screen and error that it showed prior to dropping it off. Called on Saturday morning. Said the owner could only make those refund decisions and no computer people were in. Told me to call Monday. Called Monday. Owner wasn't in. Gave them my cell and to have him call me. Just called this am. Owner still not in. Going to the bank to dispute the charge. I also told them I have photos with time stamps stating the same error. Doesn't matter. They're in no hurry to issue me a refund so the bank will do it for me. Do not recommend.

I bought a Fusion5 tablet that gave me problems from the beginning and after the company's attempt to fix it that didn't work, I asked for a refund since it was under warranty. They refused. Genius told me the Motherboard was gone and recommended I switch to an Ipad, so I did. But since I have no experience with Apple products I couldn't figure out how to set it up. So I went back to them and they helped me set it up. They never charged me for anything during both visits. They were kind and professional. Highly recommend them.
