The list is too long. A leek was detected in the outside unit. I was charged $800 to recharge the system,like it was my fault. It was either the Manufacture or the installers. Not mine. Also see the workmanship they did, (see attached pics)

I call Powerhouse for all my plumbing needs. They are professional and very kind. I got a quick response and timely updates. As an older woman I feel very safe having them come into my home and repair any problems I have. They are quick and knowledgeable and can help me understand the repair process. A year ago, I had a water heater problem and Powerhouse installed a new tankless water heater, upgraded my electric panel and completed other plumbing upgrades I needed in my home. This last week I found I had a water leak (my water bill had doubled) they came out and fixed the problem promptly and effectively. From the first person I talked to when I called in my problem, to the technician who fixed it, I was treated with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend Powerhouse for all your plumbing needs.

We found this company searching on line and typically I am suspicious of groups that attempt to be a one stop shop - electrical / plumbing / HVAC maintenance. We have been very pleased with our experiences. Beginning with Bruno - the electrician who came when we had pool electrical problem - great service and ended up with a quick fix - and installed our level 2 electric car charger - we had him back when a breaker would not hold after power surge and again - he knew just what steps to take to find the problem and fix it..

while he was servicing- he asked if we would like to sign up for annual H vac maintenance. We did and have now had our first of 2 annual maintenance calls. The H Vac rep was just as professional and did all of the services we would expect in FL to maintain our unit.

We are happy we found Powerhouse - they answer the phone and we have had same day service when experiencing outage. We recommend them.

Tech was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my generator model. He did the service with a checklist, taking pics of everything he interacted with along the way. He finished up by spraying down the interior and exterior and wiping it all down with a clean microfiber cloth, essentially detailing my Gen set. He then performed a 8min full load test to ensure everything was performing to spec.

My first Google review ever. Zero stars. Made appointment on-line and they rescheduled twice. Electrician (since 1999) shows up to install two 12" diameter ceiling lights on a prewired 7' ceiling. Maybe an hour job. One and 1/2 if he works slow. Done it myself lots of time. I even had the ladder for him. He quotes me $1,554.00. Sent him home. Do I look like a sucker or is this normal course for Powerhouse?
