The maintenance tech was conscientious but not familiar with our older model air conditioner. We were advised our freon was low and another tech would need to look at the problem. A more experienced tech arrived later and he assured us our unit was okay. The second tech was outstanding in his professionalism and knowledge. His name is Jonathan and I hope Conditioned Air realizes he is a tremendous asset to the company.

Approximately 1 year ago we had a new AC unit installed by Conditioned Air. In October of this year, we noticed a wet spot on our garage ceiling where the AC unit is housed. My husband went into the attic to investigate, and the drain line was not inserted into the AC unit! So, for an entire year the drain line was dripping into the insulation then into the drywall ceiling. We have contacted Conditioned Air numerous times since the initial discovery and Lynn at the Ft. Myers office keeps giving us the runaround- she’ll call back, let me check into that and guess what? We never hear back from her! In the initial call with Conditioned Air, we were scolded for not purchasing the maintenance package when the new unit was installed. However, the maintenance package wouldn’t have helped the improperly installed drain line. Due to the poor work installed by Conditioned Air we had to cut out the drywall and replace it and the insulation. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered!

I’ve utilized conditioner since I bought my place about 3 1/2 years ago. They installed the new HVAC units for the previous owner and all has been great.
Ivan has been my service tech a couple times now.
First he’s the nicest person! He’s very thorough and simply a great communicator. Great job!

I wanted to give kudos to Conditioned Air and especially to technicians Leslie and Jonathan. Leslie diagnosed the problem and got the part quickly ordered. Jonathan did a great job in installing the part and explaining and documenting everything he had done. He definitely went the extra mile taking care of our hvac. Both are very punctual and professional. Both kept me informed when they were to arrive.
