I just moved into cape coral. I need to have a maintenance and a check-up on my new houses cooling system.
I made an appointment and waited a week for it. They called me the morning of and the technician had been in a car accident.
Completely understood that they had to reschedule.
On the rescheduled date, they did not show up during their window of time, although there was a reminder message in the morning to be available between between two and four.
We waited at the house until four, and then we had to leave because we had other things to attend to.
There was no communication and we received a call at ten minutes to 7pn stating that they were on the way.
I called this morning to try to get them to reschedule. They are now telling me next wednesday.
I really thought it was unacceptable customer service and was pretty disappointed.
It is not something I would have expected from a 4.8 rated company.

Sorry about the one star, but I really think you earned it.
