As a property manager of a luxury community it is nice to know that there is a company like Signal 88 to take care of our community. The detailed reports (with pictures) that you receive every morning are so helpful. As well, as the checkpoints that need to be scanned to verify that they were here is an added bonus. Even when I have needed coverage for a pool attendant, Signal has been there to assist. Also, the relationship that Jeff Gihooly creates with his customers is amazing.

Had a Security Service that I felt needed to be upgraded. I spent a day calling around to different companies and when I got Jeff from Signal 88, I knew they were the ones. He met with our Security Committee and Cam right away. Submitted us a very fair bid and we hired them immediately.

When they work the gatehouse they are professional and actually talk to our visitors. They do not just wave people through! If your looking for a security service for your gate and/or roving patrols, I high recommend Signal 88. They were the best thing our HOA did for the front gate!
