Tripower did great finding us a place when we had to be relocated after Milton. We had a few minor things that needed attention and were promptly solved. 260 Key West is a beautiful home with everything we needed and more. Great location with shared pool and beachfront! We hope to be able to stay again.

1. Couldn’t get to the home upon check in, code given was invalid
2. Flooding shower
3. Water coming from light fixtures in a shower
4. Garbage cans full of construction debris upon arrival, leading to raccoons getting into our garbage so we had to clean that up
5. We had to reach out multiple times for any update on the situation. Someone calls to tell me a plumber is coming after one had already arrived 15 minutes prior unexpected after we sat around the entire day waiting to hear something
6. For days the mess was left for us to clean up, when this occurred 12/24 and was not cleaned up until 12/26, disgusting.
7. Light fixture in guest bedroom closet leaked water all over household items and a guests bag ruining the Christmas shirts she custom ordered for the family with brown water.
Additionally, there are zero blinds or curtains in the entire home other than sheer ones covering patio doors in the bedrooms. They have motion sensor lights all around the property that we’re waking people up every night multiple times a night turning on from the trees blowing in the wind.

We will not be staying again.

We stayed at in 102B at Estro beach club for 10 nights. The condo is beautiful and very well stocked. The beach is nice I think they need to get rid of some of the dead brush and trees.. but there was plenty of beach and the water was awesome. We watched dolphins swim and jump. We will definitely be back next year! It is beautiful and they were so easy to work with when we wanted to stay an extra night. The pool looked nice but we were there for the ocean as we live in illinois. We will definitely be back and stay there again.. the beach stuff they had to use was awesome. My husband and I loved this place! Thank you!

We rented VRBO #251 and it was beautiful. Owner was very quick to respond to any issues we had which the first issue was our fault because we had one person on the bottom floor and a person on the second floor, pushing the elevator buttons, and there are very exact directions on how to use it.

We would rent again from this owner. It was very nice having plenty of towels, beach towels, and a washer and dryer.

We were able to walk to Publix. The kitchen was really big and very well equipped for anything you would need for a beach vacation. The grill was on the beach side and had a nice table and chairs outside. The bottom floor had an extra shower and an extra washer and dryer and lots of pool toys and beach chairs, which we used.

We loved the place but you need to correct the listing or supply what was mentioned. Also when you say someone is coming to fix the toilet and we stayed home all day and no one showed up is not professional. This happened twice. It was also insulting that you only reimbursed us $79.00 after staying home twice to wait for the repair man who never came for the toilet and the items that were listed on the rental listing did not exist such as paddle board, gym and dock tv.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The amenities were very good. Easy check in and easy check out with door code lock. Location to beach and balcony view were great.
The only negative, and nothing to do with the condo, is the town of FT. Myers Beach has to address the traffic problem exiting the island both short and long term.

A week of fun in the sun with my 4 best friends! We really enjoyed the beachfront property. The beautiful white sand and the warm gulf water was amazing! The pool was super nice, as well. The condo was very clean. The staff at TriPower Rentals were super helpful and very nice. Hope to return in the future.

Everything in this sweet condo is fresh, new and designed for maximum comfort, fun, and relaxation. Our favorite was laying in the comfortable king bed and listening to the surf. We also enjoyed many games of cribbage on the unique cribbage coffee table. Great condo which has been well cared about.
