Nice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area.  The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

I really liked it; the rooms are very clean and organized, and the bed is comfortable. If you’re very particular about cleanliness and details, you won’t have any issues. The decoration is beautiful, with a very tropical style. There was no hot water in the morning, so I called the front desk, and the service was quick and very good from the moment we arrived! 100% recommended.

Location on canal is pretty. The best I can come up with is it's clean & HVAC worked. After tax we paid $273 for 2 mattresses atop 2 metal frames, 2 stools, long shelf, coffee pot, paper cups, shower & toilet. Reminds me of places I've stayed in while in MX when I did mission work in small Mayan towns. We're staying overnight to take Key West Ferry. Perhaps I should have done more research. All I can think is the location near ferry is good. IMHO not worth the $$ we paid. We are in deluxe Studio w/2 queen beds.

P Three adult men all good sized. Needed to have a hotel room close to Fort Myers Beach that was affordable. This had one Queen down and two doubles up in the loft and we stayed in the coconut boat right on the canal. Great resort with features like free kayaks, free bike rental, fishing equipment and outdoor pool and a phenomenal location. Can't suggest the other rooms but I can suggest to rent. The coconut bowl could easily sleep five with the two sofas in the living room.

Stop reading and book this hotel right now! Seriously...this is a great place. Very clean and updated but still an oldmflorida feel in a good way. Right on a canal and they have water toys included and a solid get ya going breakfast...the young lady who checked us in was very very nice...didnt get her name....but this has a good location and I highly recommend!

I boutique Hotel is not quite the truth. We stayed at the "Marina resort" the check-in was under a tiki hut, and they close at 6 pm then if you need anything call their other resort down the street, The Bath Towels were like paper. There is no box spring on the mattress. and there is a window a/c until in the wall which makes so much noise you cannot hear anybody in the other bed. I would not stay here again...

We have enjoyed both of our stays at Latitude 26! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable. It’s our go to place to stay when visiting the area. We will gladly be back!

Super easy booking and checkout. Room was nice, clean and I wasn't disturbed by anyone.
I was there to relax and catch some 💤 so it was perfect.
