We had an awesome girls weekend away! The rooms are new, clean and great views of the ocean and license to chill bar on our side. Restaurants on site offered a variety of delicious food options and drinks! The coffee shop was good for a latte and a bagel and also served whole pizza (which was a great deal). Loved the huge heated pool with pool chair service. The only downfall of the pool is it backs up to a busy street so a privacy wall would have been great to improve ambiance and noise from traffic. But that’s minor as the pool was so fun and had a dj every day. The beach chair rentals with beach service for food and drinks were great too!
Overall service was very good at the hotel, in the restaurants and at the pool/beach. However, a couple pool and beach servers could have been more attentive. The resort is in a great location located right on the beach and walking distance to a few local shops/restaurants. I would definitely go back for a girls trip, couples getaway and would even take the kids!

SANDY was the best! We arrived early in the day from NY before our rooms were ready and she made us feel comfortable right away. She helped us figure out where to go and what to do all with the warmest smile and sparkle in her eyes. She truly made our stay so special and took great care of us. She's one of the best hotel employees I've come across at any beach resort!

We changed into our suits and were able to make use of any amenity on the property while waiting to check in. We grabbed towels at the pool and rented chairs and an umbrella down at the beach. Ordered awesome drinks and food and relaxed until Sandy called us letting us know our room was ready. The entire property and beach were amazingly clean. It's really rare to walk for miles on a beach and see maybe 2-3 tiny pieces of litter!! The water was warm too. All in all a really wonderful stay!

For our 8y yr anniversary my spouse and I went to Margaritaville Resort in Ft Myers, FL a couple days ago for 2 nights and had a surprisingly great time. We weren't sure as is a new hotel and in a still recovering city from a couple of bad hurricanes last year but we had a great time. Hotel started construction after the hurricane.
From the time we arrived to Valet, with Jonah greeting us to Jonah again as we left. The room was amazing(spacious, clean, great beach view w/balcony), restaurants on their grounds were wonderful and delicious, and plenty of places for drinks!! We had great weather and rented a couple of chairs and umbrella on the beach for a relaxing beach day. We were glad to add to their economy to help businesses recover from the hurricanes. Seeing new homes, condos and hotels being rebuilt was a positive sign. I encourage others to go and help support the locals.

We love coming to eat at margaritaville! Fun grass area for kids to play while you wait for food and amazing views of the beach! A little pricey for the food but to be expected. Crystal was a great server and we will come back many times during our stay at FMB!

Day pass at the beach/pool is definitely worth it too! Cabana with kids was amazing!

We have been several times now. Great gone all around. Went for a date and overnight stay and back a few weeks later with our young kids. Had an awesome experience everytime we’ve stayed. It’s a little pricey and they don’t do a huge discount for residents so we stay other places depending on price, but hands down would rather stay here when the price is right. Foods amazing. Service amazing. And the view is unbeatable.

Clint the server at the pool was outstanding. He worked very hard to assure you did not wait for any service, he professionally answered questions and was very helpful. His warm personality and genuine demeanor made us smile and instant friends. We can’t wait to see him again. Pool and facilities here are amazing! Thank you for a great vacation.

We had some friends come down from NY & decided to have lunch & check out the beach & the pool. We so enjoyed the day & we met a girl named Ellie who was such a joy. Ellie went above & beyond during our lunch to make sure it was perfect. Always had a smile & asked us to come back. Made us feel like we were locals. We will definitely recommend this to all our friends.

I don't remember how much boyfriend paid exactly for this hotel, between $300 and $400 for just one night. The hotel was beautiful the decor was clever, but I just can't get over the fact that the shower water temperature was barely warm enough to shower in. I don't know if it was just the time of day, I showered around 6am, but I was very disappointed. The view on the beach at sunset was stunning.
