I did a few jobs through Express! The jobs they had for us were amazing! Sean always checked in and made sure everything was good and we were comfortable. He kept us busy with jobs and was always upfront with what the jobs and the time frame were. Always checked in made sure we were okay. And was patient until we found the right fit. The staff are all incredibly friendly and responsive. Mickey, Kali, and Michelle make sure to let you know they’re accessible and check in to ensure I’m happy in my workplace frequently. I went in and by the next day I had been connected with a great job opportunity. They really listened and made sure the opportunity was the right fit. Mickey gave me some info and pointers for the interview after having met the team and checking the place out to ensure it’d be a good working environment. At the interview the manager told me that I had been talked up and they had been excited to meet with me due to the way Mickey had pitched me to them. Once they extended an offer she was also able to get me my desired pay rate, which was on the high end of what the company had been willing to pay. Within two weeks the company let me know they intended to hire me on permanently once the contract with Express ended. I had applied to a few other temp agencies and was told they didn’t have anything for me, were sketchy, or my call was never returned. Everything went very smoothly with Express. They also respond via text so communication is very easy— during business hours they always respond quickly. I ended up with a new job swiftly after moving to the area and it’s one of the best jobs I’ve had. Working with Express also means supporting women owned businesses, which is always a plus!
