I recently had my X5 Hybrid serviced at BMW of Monrovia, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I took my X5 in without appointment due to engine light, I was greeted with friendly staff and Rocky Chow, Services Advisor, who made me feel valued as a customer.

The entire process was seamless. Rocky took the time to explain the issues my car was facing, and provided me with a detailed estimate, and kept me informed throughout the repair process.

When I received my car back, it was in excellent condition, and the repairs were completed to my utmost satisfaction.

I went to BMW Monrovia for service early this week. It took longer than expected but they provided a nice environment for me to do my work there. The service advisor Rocky was very nice as well. He knew it took long so he updated me several times about the progress. I actually don’t mind to stay there long but I was starving…:) They should provide more snacks tho. My overall experience is great!
