I have left over 5 emails to cancel services and no one has responded to me. Very poor customer service and the overall features of the product were not good

First things first they don’t respond to customers at all. Their service was causing me to miss phone calls almost a year ago so I canceled my subscription and followed their directions for discontinuing their service. After that I sporadically would receive emails telling me that they had blocked a call here and there and I figured that it would stop when my yearly subscription ended in April. In July I was still having calls blocked and receiving emails so I reached out to them and received no answer. It’s now late October and this is still happening! They worse than any telemarketer they claim to block. Don’t sign up with them it’s a huge mistake!

Not sure why these terrible reviews, it does take some setting up and there is a small cost ($30'ish a year) for certain features but I love this phone call scanner.
