Good customer service and fixed my dad’s hard drive. We took a gaming laptop to get it fixed, it took some months but unfortunately the motherboard was being an issue so they kindly give us a refund.

Cool place maurice seems like a smart guy guy if they can fix my laptop I will come back and get this updated to 5 out 5 stars. Getting a "new" mother board hopefully this week it will be completed. I wasnt to comfortable with paying for the full repair up front because nothing has been completed should be 50/50 payment up front...

I took my phone in to them on Tuesday afternoon and everyday I kept getting told it would be done tomorrow and it never was then all of a sudden it needed another part to be repaired and I was again told tomorrow I went in the next day and it was not done the guy finally called me and said I would have it no later than Monday I finally got my phone back and it was not the same my fingerprint feature is no longer working I do not recommend using this place at all!

Update I went back to him and he did anything and everything he could and fixed every problem he could with my phone the only thing he couldn't fix was the fingerprint scanner and he said as soon as the part becomes available he would pay for it and fix it for me so you can give them the chance.

Took into me ps4 to have the HDMI port fix on it.. It took over 2 weeks to get the system back and every time i try to called there was always a reason why it had to stay there or why it was not done yet and when i got the system back my Wi-Fi card was having issues. I would never go back plus every thing was over price and the communication is horrible.... Everyone you can find a better place then here

My son brought his iPad here due to a cracked screen. After we picked up the iPad, it was clear the screen was faulty. We took it back the next day and while they were very apologetic and owned up to their error, the iPad had to remain at the shop for another 4 days. Just 2 weeks later and the home button is falling off. Note it was perfectly fine before we took it in. Sadly the EXACT same issue happened with my old iPad 3 years ago when I took it for a screen repair also. I ended up buying a new one due to issues. The workers are friendly so I gave it another shot but am so disappointed and scared to even take it back to have the home button replaced as i am now seeing all of the negative reviews for ipads. This whole ordeal has been extremely stressful.
