I went here to have my Ipad repaired. He was very honest with me and he gave me all of the options to either repair or replace. I felt so good about my first encounter that I brought him my Mac PC and 3 hard drives. I have never been a mac user but my ex spouse left all of our Family Movies, Pictures and Music on Apple Drives. He was able to consolidate the most up to date data. Then he backed everything up. When I went to pick up the MAC and the Hard drives he spent 30 minutes with me showing and explaining everything he did. He then showed me some stuff I never knew my Mac could do. I truly feel Todd makes an excellent Trainer and repair man. I am planing on returning so I can get classes to learn more about everything you can really do with a MAC. If you are looking for someone who you can trust with your Data, ( Pictures, Music, Files) and to explain and teach you anything you need to learn, this is the place for you.

Just got my computer back from Todd - so pleased and excited. I found Todd through an internet search for Apple repair near to Grants Pass. He responded to my call immediately and came out the same day. We discussed issues and he made recommendations to increase my memory, change out my faulty track pad and reinstall my software - upgrading to the newest.

I was hesitant about providing all my passwords and accounts and having him take my computer for a day, but I believe I have formed a trust with him for future business. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows his product lines. Thanks Todd! I would highly recommend him.

Todd helped me with establishing a wireless back-up system using Time Machine and consolidated multiple back up hard drives into one. He also expanded my wireless net work to our downstairs and outdoor pool area. While he was here he checked all of our apple devices for proper settings and made sure they were communicating with each other and the Apple TV. Todd is extremely proficient at what he does and is a good communicator. I will not hesitate to call on him again for any problems that may arise with our apple equipment.
