I wanted to like this place and these guys. My brother-in-law gave me a CB radio to put in my Jeep. I brought it over here to have them bench test it. I came back a week later and asked for the radio. They located it and drew up a quick receipt, I asked if anything was wrong and he suspiciously replied "the handset is broken" and tried to sell me a new one. I had the impression he hadn't tested it at all and it just sat on a shelf for a week. I declined and left.
I went to my friend's dad - an old time national guardsman - he tested everything and the radio was given a clean bill of health, including the cobra handset.
They wasted my time and took my money, and perhaps even lied about testing the radio. Not cool.

Called to order a CB radio for over the road work, which is required in my field. Had spoken with "trace" Was told they would have them in stock Monday ...or tuesday, he ended that call abruptly as if he didn't want to talk(felt rude),I called tuesday morning to be told they hadn't ordered CBS yet. Out of business 3 days and counting. Ended up buying from Amazon with same day delivery. Will not go back.

Took my cobra 148. To have it tuned up on the power they had it for two or week. Then I took to a different shop and they said they did nothing to it I will never go back
