Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Place!
I had a simple request: I needed help removing the case from my iPad. Nothing was broken, no repairs were needed—just assistance with taking off the case. Instead of providing basic customer service, the owner was completely rude and acted like I was asking for a huge favor. Worse yet, they tried to overcharge me for something that wasn’t even a repair! It was clear they were just looking to make a quick buck instead of genuinely helping customers. This kind of dishonesty and poor attitude is unacceptable, especially for a business that relies on trust. If they try to scam people over something as minor as this, I can only imagine how they treat customers with real repair needs. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere!

Absolutely great. My old iPhone 7 screen cracked, arrived at 6pm at Modesto Phone Repair and John told me that it would take him 25 minutes to get it changed to a new one. Said and done, before 6.30 I was out with my phone fully repaired. Thanks John.

I came in with my phone cracked to all hell. Had it "repaired" in 40 minutes. My phone now loses data randomly. Doesn't even work at my own house. I can't receive phone calls, text, service, in certain areas of my own town. Not to mention my front camera is ruined from this glare of light I can see from the front. I had just had mouth surgery so I couldn't go back and get my money back nor would I trust them to "fix" my phone again. Wasted $70 should've just bought a new phone. These pictures pretty much show how screwed up my front camera is now. Sim card was replaced by my provider, this guy must've broke something internally. Don't go here.
