Kaycee is awesome! We have been using her service since October of 2016. She has been absolutely a life saver so many times. Always courteous, always very prompt at addressing whatever our needs might be. She is extremely knowledgeable and has quickly solved every problem that we have ever had. Kaycee from Computer Angels got me started back in 2011 when I was opening a new solo office with electronic medical records. In addition to getting me connected, she helped me select my EHR which has been very easy to use at very nominal costs... much better than having paper charts for sure! She has since provided me maintenance and updates and has been very responsive to any 'crisis' and able to resolve it or figure a way to resolve it. She has also been instrumental in educating my staff about cyber security and keeping us 'clean' and free of viruses and other outside intrusions. Recommend her with no hesitation!
