I have had cavenet for a little over a year and I've never had an issue with it they've had down times of course what internet company doesn't but they've always been really communicative about it. On top of that they're not only an internet service I've been able to both receive and send packages through them as well and for a local company they do a great job for everything they can do. I think some people forget that not every time will be impeccable when it comes to service but they still do their very best. And definitely they were a lot more reliable compared to other companies and made sure they stuck with their price rather than changing it every pay period. And Monique has definitely been a very patient and respectful woman as well as being a good person in the community so I'm definitely not disappointed with the services I've had with them.

We've called several times to get them to come out and they never call back or show up. Other people in the area said the same thing and they gave up and went with someone else. So are we!! Horrible customer service.

I have been having problems with internet speeds for almost 2 years and they have not come to fix it.

They have made countless empty promises to repair the existing connection, as well as told me they would get me a new connection on their new tower, which they have said is “going up” for over 3 years.

At this point they don’t respond to emails, phone calls, and I have since gotten a new provider.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and sign up for starlink.

This place is a joke... tried to get service from them for several months... no communication, never ever returned my calls .. I guess I'm lucky I didn't get there service.. gave up and got service from frontier with no data caps 25mbs for $45
