Great company ! ! ! There was a wide spread power outage they got it restored same day. Power was out still for us, luckily my wife noticed the restored posted and called to confirm if power was out. Crew with 3 trucks came out that night. I had left post, hope the tootsie roll pup did not get in the way, thanks for all u did to get the job done!

I've been pretty blown away by SVE since moving to the northern part of Surprise Valley, first by the affordability of the power provided and then by the few (and promptly fixed!) outages, particularly given the mountainous terrain and winter weather here. Now I'm extra impressed by customer service. A tree in my yard recently split its trunk, one side looming precariously over my main power feed line. I reported the problem early Monday morning, expecting to be referred to an (expensive!) tree trimmer. Instead, Wayne, an SVE lineman, had the huge branch down and removed from my yard by noon, all without damaging the flower garden or squash patch right below it in the least, or, amazingly, much affecting the appearance of the tree, which is pretty. SVE is one of the biggest benefits of living here. I'm blessed!

The services were great until a girl named Wendy took my call, very rude, no costumer service skills, I hope I never have to talk to her, she should be fired or she should look for another job that doesn’t have to do with costumer service
