The Greater St. Louis Artists have been working with Integrity for years, promoting our biannual Queeny Art Fair. I am a long time artist participant and a rather new director and I have discovered that their expertise in targeting our audience in a variety of venues as well as their research in making our budget get the most for each dollar has been invaluable. They stay in constant touch, they listen to our needs, and are flexible and creative with their solutions. We recently had their team redesign our old mixed message logo into a classic, clean, and spot on image. They clearly listened to our expectations and provided many options that fit our needs.

Pretty scummy sales tactics. Left a bad review for a customer and plugged their company to "fix" the "issues" they found. Claiming the customer's website is "worst website ever", when referring to their online ordering that is ran by one of the largest web ordering ordering companies in the US. Yes your random company will definitely be able to build a better web ordering platform that space that will connect directly to the POS for a reasonable price.

You claimed you weren't able to place an order, not sure how someone would want to trust a company to redesign their website when they can't figure out what thousands of other users figure out every single day.

Bad, bad tactics. We immediately turned down their services due to how down they spoke to us. I feel bad for the employees that work here, but be a miserable place to work.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Integrity on the redesign of our site. We love the clean, appealing design and feel they did a great job reflecting our personality. They not only have great technical skills but they are creative and come up with cool ideas. We had a thoughtful strategist who guided us along every step of the way.
