Exceptional service. Employees are always kind and helpful. Had a run in with a strange third party website in their store on the photo machine. The employees quickly reached out to the owner who reached out to me and resolved the issue promptly. The owner then reached out to me via email with a very courteous and professional response. They were in no way responsible for the mix up, yet they took accountability and wanted to make it right. Mail depot went above and beyond to be of service, that seems to be rare these days.

Owner Manoli and his staff are amazing. Every time I've visited they are courteous, kind and helpful. Countless examples just from my personal experiences. Every visit they have saved me time, money and provided invaluable peace of mind. Manoli's service is not only the best, but easily above and beyond... he truly understands and PROVIDES customer service. Been here 2 times for FedEx & UPS, must have prepaid postage, and I believe they do USPS as well. Never spend more than 30 seconds from the time I enter the door to exiting. Very fast professional service. Employees are attentive and happy to help, also it's always nice and fresh inside so if I were to wait, it wouldn't be stuffy. 110% recommended, closer than all shipping centers from my home as well!

Friendly staff and many services offered. Anytime I’ve had to take care of personal business like Notary service, stamps, mailing packages or sending paperwork I’ve had a great experience. I drive over 10 miles to use them and would definitely recommend. They also do passports and have P.O. Boxes
