This company is absolutely horrible! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! They said they refurbish electronics but they are nothing but scam artists. I sent my MacBook Pro back to them to be repaired and they absolutely nothing. I’m still having the same issue and now they claim it’s not under warranty. A1000 dollars down the drain. I pray and hope bestbuy stops dealing with them!

Wow, talk about lack of quality assurance. Ordered an iphone 12 in "Excellent" condition and came covered in scuff marks and an 80% max battery capacity. I ordered from BackMarket and never had a phone come with less than 92%. Avoid JemJem at all costs!!

EDIT:
They told me to send in for inspection, even though that should have been their job before. They offered no help. Conrad was a poor customer service rep.

I recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from JemJem by way of Walmart. First the item was delivered late. Then I noticed it was overheating, including going to a black screen at one point. When I reached out on the 7th day after the item was delivered I was told I had to pay for shipping as per there 7 day policy. I had to remind them I did reach out by the 7th day. Then are I provided proof I had erased it I was given my return number but still no label then informed that despite all of the issues that I would have wait an additional 5-7 business days for the replacement, which they could not guarantee would be the same as I’d ordered. This place is bogus and has some very shady personnel working there and even more questionable business tactics. Stay away!!!

I bought a refurbished iPhone 7 from them on amazon. The phone arrived quickly. When I got it it had multiple songs down to the medal. It seemed to work good but within a day it
Kept going to no service and had to be restarted. Sometimes more then once. The camera had a wobble that made some pictures come out blurry. Customer service was quick to respond and send me an rma number and return shipping label. My one issue is that it took 4 days to get back to them. It started at being 2 days for them to be able to evaluate the phone to send me a replacement and now it’s up to at least 5 days before they can even look at the old phone. So after that I’ll have to wait another 3-4 days to get the phone. And all this time I’m without any form of communication. Seems like a long time to wait. Not so sure I’ll buy from them again.

I Bought a refurbished IPAD MINI 3 from this Shop and couldn't be more pleased. This is the kind of service i describe as perfect.Customer care agent was polite and helpful, Product arrived within estimated time, the important of all was the condition of the device. Device was and it's still in excellent condition after 6 weeks of use. I'll recommend your shop to my friends.

I purchased my MacBook February 13th, 2023. I received the product and was satisfied until one of the letters came off (not from misuse) and the keys were sticking (no liquid damage had/has occurred). Keyboard issues are known for the 2017 model and possibly the early 2015, which is the model I have. I reached out to JemJem per the warranty and she was willing to help me. I did not get a chance to send my MacBook in. When I reached out again, I communicated with Conrado. Conrado was not as pleasant to communicate because of the way he communicated the information without seeing the Macbook. He insisted that the keyboard malfunction was physical damage, but i informed him that this was not physical damage. Conrado directed me to GeekSquad who told me they could not help me, and that the keyboard was physical damage, but said that JemJem should cover the keyboard. When I emailed JemJem back, he told me physical damage was not covered. I just would like my keyboard fixed so i could fully use my device. Unfortunately, JemJem has not answered the phone, and I am left unsatisfied. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed. I will just order from a different company from now on and not purchase products through the company.
