I have had two major rotator cuff surgeries on both of my shoulders and have had months of rehab. My recovery has not only been expedited but I have had incredible personal care, education about my injury, education about my recovery and have had the highest level of care from my PT Shannon at Intecore! Shannon’s knowledge, experience, professionalism, and her ability to connect with her clients is unsurpassed. Intecore has a fantastic clinical environment from the moment you walk in the door. Every person on the team that you interact with is knowledgeable and invested in your recovery! Intecore in Aliso Viejo is the best!!! I’ve been treated there a few times for different injuries and pain. Loved my therapist, Lauren, always pleasant and knowledgeable, and she gave the best massages! Quinn, the aide was very helpful, caring and interested in my progress. Jackie was also very helpful in dealing with doctor’s referrals and insurance. I would definitely recommend Intecore Aliso Viejo if you need physical therapy!

With multiple injuries and dislocations of my shoulder, an extensive surgery to reattach a bicep tendon, fill in some bone from a Hill Sachs lesion and repair the rotator cuff was warranted.

With the work I do and jiu jitsu, I was faced the possibility of having to make some possible career changes and or hobby/therapy changes that have gotten me to where I am today. That would have been an extremely hard pill to swallow.

Everyone at this location I can speak for. They are extremely knowledgeable about all modalities of therapy. With that said, I felt as if my therapy was tailored made for the sports and activities I do. And it was.

My range of motion has actually improved prior to surgical intervention. Within weeks, those baby steps turned into milestones with concerns of recovery. Trust the professionals and the process, and you will improve.

The staff, the equipment…. Everything was seamless and very prompt. Now a days, that is something that when you find a place like that, stick with them. I cannot say enough about Intecore. I wouldn’t even know where to begin to thank them for getting back to my normal life and the quality of life I enjoyed prior to the injury. Thanks Intecore!

Lauren was incredible, she could pinpoint exactly where my pain was and gave me some great exercises to rehab my calf during the session and sent me home with them to do before the next session. Super thankful for the Intecore team and seeing me so quickly too after my injury, I called yesterday and was in the office the next morning for my appointment!

Such a wonderful facility. Brandon and Lauren really helped me rehabilitate my knee after surgery. Very grateful for them.
