Great people to deal with very upfront and made our transition easy

Our company was in StartupHQ for almost 3 years. The management was great - really friendly and helpful. Our unit was really nice, lots of light with windows somehow on 3 sides even though we had only a fraction of the level we were on.

The only negatives were things we knew about when we moved in:
1. Our unit did not have air conditioning (but I'm pretty sure some others do have A/C though)
2. Our unit was a walk-up (no elevator)

We're moving out because we are growing and need more space. But if I was in the same circumstance again I would rent in that building again.

StartupHQ was an excellent landlord and rental space for our startup. We rented the space for nearly 4 years and always felt comfortable in the space. We were in a great location! We could walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Only a short walk to Bart or Muni and many bus routes. When we had to leave the space due to Covid, they were very accommodating and understanding. We would highly recommend renting space at StartupHQ and we hope that if we ever need an office space again, that we would rent from them.

Being perfectly located in SoMa, our staff were able to get transportation to our office easily and the amenities, maintenance and creative vibe made our team very productive.

Silicon Valley Foundry LLC started its operations here! Great office suite that caters for different teams and the proximity is functionally the best if you’re in tech. The owners are startup guys themselves and are super responsive and reasonable.

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with Bardia. He was very attentive to issues I have raised. The building is very well maintained, very clean, and the location is unbeatable. Overall, I had a very good experience with the place and the management.
