i noticed my vents were blowing hot air one evening, so i called to have it inspected the next day, and they were able to come out right away. due to a scheduling conflict, they came the following day. it turned out i needed a new outside unit. bryan worked with my schedule and came to assess what i required. later that evening, he called to inform me that they had found my unit and could install it the next day. i met the technicians in the morning, went to work, and returned home to a pleasantly cool house. they were very professional and courteous, arriving on time and keeping me informed about everything they were doing. they even called me once they finished to ensure my house was securely locked. i highly recommend hi tech central air & heating services inc. for their prompt and friendly service.
