It took ages to boot up my laptop and Mr. Ramsin got it to start up in less time that it took me to head out the door for my break. My computer died! Could not get to my pictures and documents. Called on Ramsin to recover my data. He did it.
I also had an external drive that had not been accessed for years and would not talk to my new computer. I asked Ramsin to recover my data from that as well. Success again in data recovery. He did a good job for me.

Data Recovery Mastermind! I had an external hard drive that had just stopped working years ago and I finally got around to finding someone that could help me recover the files, photos, videos I needed to get off that old external hard drive. Ramsin was detailed and worked with me to ensure not only that the data was retrieved, but that the integrity of the data was intact. Other options where significantly more costly with longer lead times for resolution.

Great service! I recently had to upgrade the solid state drive on my Dell laptop since it only had about 3 GB left. I dropped my laptop off around 1:30 and was amazed when they called just a short time later to say it was done. Ramsin was very helpful, knowledgable, and supportive. Although my hard drive problem (mechanical failure) required it to be sent to a company (Gillware) that specializes in difficult data recovery cases, Ramsin shipped the drive with care, at no cost to me, and placed the repair order. In the end, my drive had rotational scoring that made data recovery impossible. However, the outstanding customer service I received from Ramsin and Gillware (who also didn't charge any fees for the inspection) greatly softened the blow of a disappointing situation. I wholeheartedly recommend Ramsin for your computer repair needs.
