We utilized Onboard Meetings platform for nearly a year, but unfortunately, it did not meet our needs. We promptly requested to cancel our subscription via email a week after our one year subscription ended. However, despite the absence of any prior notification, the company auto-renewed our subscription. We offered to pay a prorated amount for the week of service, but they are insisting on full payment for the entire year. They have even escalated the matter to a SaaS renewal collections legal firm.

This approach feels highly unethical, nasty and is not how we believe a business should be conducted. We strongly advise others to reconsider before engaging with their services.

I would recommend that you NEVER use OnBoard as part of your non-profit among its leaders. It has been a NIGHTMARE from the beginning to use, and it is not designed from a user-friendly perspective. Despite persevering with its cumbersome nature, we now recognize that their billing and financial practices are equally frustrating. We informed them well in advance that we no longer wanted to use their services, yet they significantly increased their rate and pressured us for payment we believe was unearned. During this entire process, we felt threatened with negative consequences if we did not comply. If you would like more information before your board makes a purchase, feel free to contact Servant's Oasis.

My reason for giving 5 stars is that they somehow have manipulated their reviews on Google to only show the public 5 star ratings.
