QAI is an exceptional testing facility with excellent people! I have used them for my company successfully for testing and reports for the past 10 years and have always been impressed with their knowledge and equipment but specifically their knowledge of fire testing in general- which is the market segment I test for. They have been willing to build apparatus to new national testing standards as they come out which has allowed me to stay up to code with all of my building products as things evolve. I also love how I can always bring new products in for research and development purposes and their pricing is always fair.

My review was 4 Star but its 0 know. I work with them second time then I have that opinion. Because my sample 1. Test was B class then for improve to A class I apply extra protection then I gave same sample to test again and results is C.
Means One of test results was a wrong. Means thousands dollars burnet for noting.
I give them time and ask explanation. I didnt have any explanation.
