Julio came to look at the AC unit and determine that all the electrical components were working and that the problem was with a Freon leak out of the evaporator. The unit is from 1998. We’ll be getting an estimate for a new unit. Julio did a great job on explaining it all.

I called for an estimate for duct cleaning and they asked me to count the number of registers and returns. When I called back with the numbers, Kailey wanted more info and said they had to come out for an estimate and they cannot do it in a month. What an effective way to run a business!

10/10 experience with Modern Air. They saved me thousands of dollars and will be calling them again for any A/C services. They work with honesty.

I had another business before them attempt to tell me my commercial A/C unit was damaged beyond repair. They claimed unit wasn’t passing coolant and needed a whole new unit which averages $10,000.

I called Modern Air for another opinion and their technician fixed my unit in under 30 minutes. He reported that my unit was passing coolant just fine and it was a simple fuse that wasn’t working so he simply replaced it and boom! My unit doesn’t need to be replaced and will last me for a long time!

I highly recommend this business to everyone!!

I've called them for the past couple of years to work on a relatively newer home system, and year after year problems persisted. I eventually went with another company. They didn't warranty their work and 6 months later I was left to cover the cost of recharging my system. They left trash in the attic where the unit was located after a fix. I wouldn't recommend.

Modern air is the absolute BEST! WE had ZERO issues. They quoted us last year and came back this April. They did a quick once over and adjusted the quote to reflect 2022. The price to replace our AC, furnace, and all NEW duct work was such a steal! The employees came on time everyday and the projected completion time was also met. The crew was extremely respectful and really took care of us. From the receptionist, to the crew, and we can’t forget supervisor Miguel. Literally so so thankful for this company. Purchasing a new AC can be a pretty hectic process especially for it being your first time, I promise you, modern air will live up to your expectations.

This was our second regular service call after our initial installation and it was just like the previous ones- excellent! They were prompt and efficient. The service tech was friendly and quickly got the job done.
