Jason Marion / Computer Rescue has rescued me and my computers several times over the last ~10 years. He's a very skilled and completely trustworthy IT analyst, advisor, and repairer. He communicates clearly, takes my financial and usage priorities into account, is up to date on all the things I don't want to be up to date on, and makes suggestions clearly. Most recently, (September 2024) he helped me figure out which laptop would make the most sense for me; ordered it, and set it up for me. I'm thrilled with the laptop and with Jason's care in ensuring that I have all my must-haves from the old laptop. It's very reassuring knowing Jason is there for any computer issues that come up.

I cannot say enough great things about Jason. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional,
friendly, affordable and wonderful to work with. He was able to pull files from both my and my husband's
damaged hard drives and unlocked the password on my Windows 10 PC. While he worked on it
he recommended a hardware swap which would make the system faster for a very reasonable
cost. And he completed the work in just two days!
I would heartily recommend his services and am now making him my go-to person for hardware and severe software issues.

I have used Jason with Computer Rescue since I moved to the coast in 2009. He has always taken care of my machine like it matters to him as much as it does me. I've gone through upgrades, disasters, and changes on numerous occasions. He is always calm and collected even if I'm hysterical, I'll never have anybody else service my machine.

If it comes to upgrades he provides numerous options for different prices allowing you to make the decision.

I own my own business and have just one laptop at the moment. When it refused to boot up I was desperate to find someone knowledgeable, reliable, and local, with a quick turn around time, to repair my computer. I took my laptop to Jason on Friday, and he worked on the weekend to make sure my computer was back to me Monday morning. He saved my files, reinstalled my operating system and I had him put in an SSD drive as well. He cleaned the fans in my laptop, which were apparently choked in dog hair. My computer works great again... the new drive makes it run large programs like Photoshop much faster than before. I highly recommend Jason if you have a Windows machine. He's also a very nice person, which is always a plus.
